Josh
Enrolled Agent, Managing Partner
Joshua Lamm, EA, is Managing Partner at August Insight Tax and Advisory LLP, where he helps new and young businesses work through the growing pains that come with success. He brings hands-on experience from four years as a Bookkeeping Specialist and Customer Relations Manager at KHL Bookkeeping and four years as Senior Director of Finance at Vaulted. Today, Joshua pairs proactive tax planning with monthly fractional CFO services, giving growing businesses the clarity they need to make confident decisions. From 2019 to 2026, he served as Co-Founder and Treasurer of Raleigh Pride, curating June events that added to the texture of the LGBTQIA+ community across the Triangle. Outside the numbers, you'll find him at open mics sharing his poetry, on the dance floor, or at the gym, and he's been known to invite clients along when the moment is right.

Client Advisory Services, Partner
Anna Haley-Liu is Partner at August Insight Tax and Advisory LLP, where she helps small to medium-sized businesses optimize financial operations and navigate complex strategic terrain with confidence through CAS practices.
She brings a wealth of hands-on experience as the Founder and Owner of KHL Bookkeeping in Raleigh, where she has led a team of 16 financial professionals since 2018. Prior to establishing her practice, Anna managed operations analysis, financial reporting, and compliance for the Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group in New York. Her meticulous, analytical perspective is rooted in her academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Metrology and Quality Control from Kiev National University of Technologies and Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Marketing from the Technical University of Liberec.
Today, Anna pairs operational cost analysis and financial benchmarking with monthly board-level reviews and client advisory services, providing business owners with the clarity needed to scale sustainably.
